Real estate offer update

I was just a little too late with the offer on the property in Indiana. We got word that another offer was accepted just before our offer was accepted.

These days you have to move fast. Though I made an offer within a couple of hours of receiving the info on the property, it wasn’t fast enough for this property. I hear stories all around the country where properties are going like hotcakes. Many go for above listing price, and for all cash offers.
